Product return policy
Below will be detailed the terms of the product return and cancellation policy of Bandura Records, H.P. 203597033 (hereinafter: the company) to buyers of the company’s products through the company’s website at www.bandorarec.com
as published there from time to time (hereinafter: product or products).
Canceling a transaction or returning a product
1. A user who purchased a product through the website (hereinafter: the purchaser) is obliged to check the product he purchased immediately upon receiving it.
2. Canceling a transaction:
2.1. A buyer will be entitled to cancel a transaction and return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase of the product or from the date of receipt of the product for him, whichever is later, in accordance with the provisions of this policy, provided that the conditions detailed below have been met:
2.1.1. The product has not been damaged or used;
2.1.2. The product is packed in its original packaging;
2.1.3 In the case of the course, no more than one minute of the course was observed.
2.1.4 In the case of an opinion. No opinion was sent back.
2.1.5. The buyer attached the purchase invoice, cash register tape or bill of exchange attesting to the fact that the transaction was made with the company or – as far as the buyer states that they are not in his possession, any other proof, to the company’s satisfaction, regarding the fact that the transaction was made, the date, the amount paid for it and the means of payment;
Notwithstanding the foregoing, people with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants may cancel a transaction within 4 months from the date of making the transaction, receiving the product or a document summarizing the details of the transaction, whichever is later.
2.2. A consumer who purchased a product through authorized resellers, will be entitled to cancel the purchase transaction in accordance with the transaction cancellation and product return policy of the authorized reseller from which he purchased the product.
2.3. The buyer who wishes to exercise the right to cancel the transaction, is required to notify the company of the cancellation of the transaction of the purchase of the product and in it provide the following details: his full name, ID card, name of the product, date of purchase, means of communication with him as well as a document as stated in section 2.1.3 above (hereinafter: notification cancellation).
2.4. The buyer will deliver the cancellation notice in writing or orally, by contacting the company through the means of contact specified in section 5 below.
3. Refund:
3.1. In case of cancellation of a transaction by the buyer, a refund will be given minus the amounts detailed in section 3.2 below. In the event of cancellation of a transaction due to a defect in the product, inconsistency between the product and details provided to the customer regarding the product, failure to deliver on the appointed date or any other material breach by the company in relation to the product (hereinafter: non-conformity), the company will return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice, the That part of the transaction price paid by the buyer
To the extent that it has been paid, you will cancel the charge due to the transaction, provide a copy of the charge cancellation notice and will not collect an additional amount from the buyer.
3.2. Amounts that are allowed to be deducted (except in cases of cancellation due to incompatibility):
3.2.1. Cancellation fees: The company will be entitled to charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
3.3. Date of return of the paid consideration: The refund will be made by the company as close as possible to the date of cancellation of the transaction and in any case not later than 7 business days from the date of cancellation of the transaction and receipt of the product at its disposal.
3.4. How to return the money paid: The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made and in accordance with the details below:
3.4.1. Payment in cash – the refund will be in cash or cashier’s check;
3.4.2. Payment by credit card – the company will work to cancel the charge subject to the approval of the credit card company or, if the company’s account is credited or it is not possible to cancel the charge or make a credit through the credit card company, the refund will be in cash or cashed check.
4. Without deviating from the above, the company will be entitled, at the customer’s request, to exchange a product upon presentation of an invoice or exchange note for 30 days from the date of purchase of the product, provided that the returned product meets the conditions detailed in section 2.1.
